This is Freshdrip No. 1 and this variant will always contain an delicious washed Ethiopian coffee. Since coffee is a seasonal fruit, the exact coffee that we use for this variant may vary, but you can rest assured that it will always be the best we can get.
The coffee we currently use for Freshdrip No. 1 hails from the Agaro region of western Ethiopia and is widely popular amongst the world's best specialty coffee roasters. Approximately 600 smallhorder farmers produce a wild mix of heirloom varietals at 1.950 meters above sea level and higher, using the region's rich volcanic soil that offers ideal growing conditions for coffee plants.
Expect a beautifully balanced cup with notes of red fruits, lime and peach.
